Wafer brushes, also known as wafer brooms are important components used on snowplows or road sweepers. They need to be in contact with the ground for a long time and will wear out. Therefore, they are wearing parts and need to be replaced with new wafer brushes every once in a while.

The customer's main purpose when ordering the product was to clear snow from the road in winter and to remove small stones from the road. Therefore, the customer chose Poly/Wire Mixed in terms of brush filament material, so that the wafer brooms can maintain a balance between weight and cleaning power. The PP filaments used on the product are produced by our factory, it has super wear resistance and long service life.
